Mini-Circuits ZX60 20-6000MHz SMA RF Amplifier 6 GHz 13dBm SMA Microwave

Very nice minicircuits SMA amplifier, 12V input. Datasheet is online if you pop in the number, but in short it's +15dbG up to about 2.5GHz, and slopes down to about 12dBG at 6 GHz, with a NF in the respectable 3dB-and-change over that range.

Has N-Type female connectors .. runs on 13.8 volts . I believe it works but never bench tested . It would make great cabinet and chassis for home brew amp .
