Overall in good condition, there are some dirty spots, including inside.. Some of the screw holes for the woofer are a bit crooked. The speaker wire and terminal are not very good qualiy, and should be replaced, I think there is high electrical resistance through them (not good). MDF is good quality, this was paired with a Kicker woofer, I am not sure who the manufacturer is.
