It is two pieces- a top and the jumper dress. It is marked 100, but looks to be about a girl's size 10. The dress is 17in from armpit to armpit, 13.5in across the waist and is 32in long. The top has a little stain near one of the buttons, but it is not seen when worn under the dress.
