Vintage 1970s Don Freedman Jute and Silk Fiber Woven Wall Art, 3D, 33" diameter
An original, vintage 1970s hanging wall art woven of Jute with Silk. Don Freedman Design, made in India for Interlude, Inc of Newark NJ. Signed on the tapestry with the Authentic "DF" button attached. Made of 65% Jute, 20% Art Silk and 5% Cotton. Draped and supported on a reinforced 33" iron ring frame. Does have some wear commiserate with age as shown in the pictures. Hangs beautifully with no warpage of the ring. Taken directly from the wall of the home where it hung since purchase in the late 1970s with a bunch of other late MCM decor. Shipping is included with purchase price, because I don't know what I'm going to have to pay for boxing and it's a large size, so that'll be on me.
