Working. At the lower voltages the numbers displayed around the knob are accurate. At the higher knob voltages the actual output is a little higher, (see pics). Physically clean, not dusty or dirty. Has signs of age and being used. The "on" lamp is not working, possibly burned out, but dosen't effect operation. There is a little insulation split where the cord enters the device with a piece of electrical tape covering it. Multimeter not included. Weighs about 10 lbs before packing materials.
