The engine runs good. Clutch is frozen and will not go into gear. It will go into gear if hi and low is in neutral. All hydraulic hoses will need replaced they are dry rotted and bad condition. I put good condition used tires on and it has a full set of 4 good tires. I also have another flu419 listed that is better cosmetic condition but the engine is locked up. If interested can do a package deal. Ask if you have questions.
