So this piece is going to be mostly for display I would say it looks like there once was a bottle of oil to keep the machine running good and running well looks like the bottle top came off and there's oil on the machine I can tell because all the papers seems to be very oily made the machine nice and shining it's luster so I'm not sure if this is something he should clean up or leave the way it is nice looking machine comes with the original toothbrush or brush they had for cleaning them the bottle then he'll get oil with the cork I am the instructions and the layout to casino which ones are for which it's obviously for a school for someone to learn how to become a stenographer on a stenotype.
