Here is a 0.01 ppm 10 MHz ovenized frequency reference. The reference will work fine with 12 - 18 VDC and draws 310 ma at start up for 2 minuets, then draws 80 ma. A 5 volt regulator has been added to the outside of the unit so only a single 12-18 VDC power source is needed.
