Vintage 1930s Composition “Buddy Lee” Doll No Clothes 13" Antique Advertising Doll is solid & has arms that move. Doll does have some paint crazing on the face, some spots that crazing was seen is around the nose & some around chin & cheeks. There is a small patch of hair loss on one side of head, & some overall paint wear on painted hair head. Body does have some spots in areas & scratching, I have not tried to restore or start cleaning. Face painting is light on lashes, brows & lips. Some paint wear on eyes. No maker markings found. This Listing features a Buddy Lee Texaco Gas Station Attendant Collector Doll. I am not sure when is was made. It was made in China. It is about 13" high. It is made of hollow hard plastic. I cannot find any damage. The outfit was a bit dusty. I cleaned it as well as I could. The patch on the front of the hat has come off but is included and in good condition The tin container has a couple of minor dents along the edge on the top. The is no Certificate of Authentication. He is in very nice condition with a tiny wear spot on his nose and some small places where he has a faint pink color. Also, a small shiny spot on his feet.
