This basket is in good used condition. It is a wire basket covered with cloth & beautiful bead work finished off with cowrie shells on the rim. The planter measures on the sides from 9" to 9 1/2". Across the top it measures 20" & the bottom is 7 1/4". There are tribal images & the Star of David on the sides. The wire in 5 places pokes through the material. Please see photos.

African Basket coiled 6.75" x 2.5" vintage

this is a basket that is coiled and decorated with geometric lines in two shades of brown. It was in my late husband's collection of native American baskets. It is 6.75" x 2.5". Google lens says it's Native American, but my eyes say it's African. It's in very nice shape, the reddish brown color on the inside is a little faded on the outside.
