African Artifacts Authentic Wooden Ceremonial Masks
I am selling two pieces of West African Art from the Senufo Tribe. They are believed to be from the time frame of 1880 to 1905. These are helmet style carved masks. The first one pictured is obviously more complete. They were authenticated, but I have no paperwork to confirm that. They were purchased in South Africa sometime in the 1970's by a relative of a family member. That is how they came into my possession. The first seven pictures are of the most complete mask. Pictures 8 through 11 are the other mask. Picture 12 is both together.
