Vintage Native American Sioux Indian Lakota Buckskin Beaded Doll
Antique Native American representation of someone notable is what I was told when this was bought 30 years ago in a shop in Iowa. I’ve had this in my case and think it is time for someone else to enjoy. It is a great piece and with all the years of antiquing and picking I haven’t seen anything close to this. Was my one of a kind piece. It grabs your attention always sitting in that case. Materials are clay and deer hide or buckskin. Took as many pictures as I could to show condition. Has some wear in tear but believe this is from the late 1800’s. Height: 14.5" Overall just a great and unique piece showing a glimpse of culture of the Native Americans.
