Very rare celluloid souvenir of the Festival of Mountain and Plain held in Denver Colorado. A combination exposition, carnival, pageant, and rodeo that ran in the heart of Denver from 1895-1902. Small tin bell hanging from a ribbon.

Pawnee Bill's, Rodeo, 146, Livestock Or Gear Brass Tag (Gordon W. Lilly)

Based on initial research, the wording "Pawnee Bill's Rodeo" combined with the lucky clover motif suggests this tag dated back to the ranch rodeo era or the 1936 Petroleum Exposition performances in Tulsa, OK. Because the number 146 is permanently stamped, I believe it most likely was used on horse tack including halters, headstalls, Cowboy or Cowgirl gear. This tag is in good but used condition.
