WW2 Vintage Union Jack Bunting Flags x3

These are fab and faded original WW2 bunting flags or perhaps even earlier. The bottom 2 have originally been on poles they are faded and have fraying on the right hand side. The top flag in the photo has faded to a lovely shade of blue. It has some marks particularly in the red areas but this adds to it's character. These would look superb framed.

British RAF Survival Pack? Or V-Day Parade? Ww2 Fabric Union Jack Flag 9" X 19"

Too good a flag to be survival although it has the same flag material it seems. First off too heavy. There wouldn't be a place for a rod imo that extra piece takes up space in a pack and adds unnecessaryweight (from a militarystandpoint). Its an odd size. Possibly celebrating the end of ww2? It is definitely older. I wish I had more info. It came with a collection of old flags I bought from auction so no real provenance. Check out the other flags I posted maybe it'll help if you're familiar enough.

The Union Jack flag measures 140 x 72 inches. This flag is stitched and made from heavy duty linen. Around 70 to a 100 years old. Still retaining its original toggle and rope. Originally this flag would have flew above a large public building. The flag is old and there is age related wear and tear as per the images, including some running of the colours and various stains and a large professional repair towards the centre of the flag. A rare period flag of this size.
