Set of 9 Antique 1897 Chromo Lithographs, Scenes From Queen Victoria's Reign

This is a very nice set of 9 prints from a series of chromo lithograph color plates prepared by (we believe) the London Illustrated News in 1897 to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. We have plate numbers 1,2,3,5,6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 in the series, and they features scenes from the christening of the Queen and notable historical events from her reign. As noted, the prints have some crinkling of paper, some foxing to the reverse sides (as well as some small pencil marks and notes to the reserve sides of some), some soft corners, and age-related wear, but overall look great. They measure about 16 inches high by 12 inches across. The prints are all on a heavy, flexible paper (not a stiff paperboard).

Tin tray depicts images of the Royal residences with a portrait of the Queen in the middle. The tray has several prominent scratches. They are a bright silver in color. I took another pic under different light which showed them as dark (which they are NOT) because it made them easier to see.
