The center bar identifies it as Sebastiani Somona and the bottom marking is: Universal Pewter and one more word that I can't quite make out.

Rustic handcrafted wooden drink flight tray designed for serving samples of wine, whiskey or beer. The handled tray has six 1/2" circular nubs that fit perfectly into the bottoms of each liquor. I am not an expert but believe the set to be bakelite. The set weighs approx 1 lb 5.8 ounces. Each Shot Glass or whatever stands approx 3" tall and holds roughly 2 ounces.
