VTG Feed Sack Grandmothers Flower Garden Quilt Hand Pieced/Quilted Needs Finish

All flowers are hand pieced, the entire quilt is hand quilted mimicking the flower pattern. I believe the quilt is circa 1920 -1940 (depression era) due to the feed sack material used to make it. The quilt top is in exceptional condition, the only thing it needs is to be finished on the edges.

Good condition and ready to be sandwiched and quilted by hand or machine or used for other projects.

For bid is a vintage all handmade/hand appliqued/hand quilted large size quilt. It measures approx. 88 by 104 inches. The design is a gorgeous applique of tulips, showing a pinkish mauve and green color on quilt. Backing is white. Hand applique and hand quilting is very nicely done. I see no flaws with the quilt and no odors. BEAUTIFUL QUILT.

This quilt came from an estate sale and I dont know the history of it.Looks to be in pretty good condition for its age. It has some small spots on the bottom side. I didnt notice any holes or major damage but it is possible I missed a small flaw or two. Please look at all pictures carefully. If you have any questions dont hestiate to ask.

The back is a beautiful red white and blue print. The quilt is very light weight, I don’t know if there is batting or not. The binding is sewn very nicely and there is not range or wear. I don’t see any label from the maker.
