The Vietnam painted rear seam wwii helmet has typical cracking seen on many wwii m1 helmet pots from stress fractures. Look closely to see the markings and flaws on the steel pot and other parts and ask any questions you may have The helmet looks NOS minus just natural aging and drying out. rare Israeli used British ww2 MKII helmet that was supplied to them in time for the 1948 war of independence. This example does not have one of the later 1950s/60s era IDF locally made liners you usually see in these helmets or the light tan repaint. The dark tan repaint and the liner date this from the 1940s.
