Vintage Advance Brand Pure Silk sewing thread collection in the original branded box. The box features the distinctive Advance Brand crest with lion insignia and “Veritas Vigerat” motto, along with “Pure Silk” graphics. Includes an assortment of vintage silk thread on wooden spools in multiple colors and sizes. Several spools retain their original paper labels. Condition is vintage/as-found with wear, staining and discoloration to the original box. Thread quantities vary and some spools are partially used. Thread has not been tested for sewing strength. Everything pictured is included and sold as-is. Great original lot for collectors of vintage sewing notions, antique textiles, silk thread, wooden spools and sewing-room memorabilia.
