If you wait with the system disconnected from power for a couple hours it will usually boot okay, and then it doesn’t have any issues running — even under load. But if you try to reboot it without letting it sit it will likely get stuck with the VGA light on when booting. The CPU, RAM, and GPU are all working great! I have tried a different GPU (known good) with this system and it still exhibits the same issue, so I think it is only the Motherboard that has issues.
