This Vintage Handmade Crewel Embroidered Decorative Pillow is a unique and charming addition to any home decor. This pillow has been upcycled from an unfinished embroidery project. The back pillow cover is recycled from an old silk blouse. The crewel embroidery and silk remnant were too beautiful to discard so, I took the two pieces and created a lovely pillow. All material used has been gently laundered including the polyester fiber fill stuffing the pillow.

This is a unique piece. It’s a handmade knit wall hanging or could be a runner rug, but I think better fit as a wall hanging. It measures about 48” long - 21” wide not counting the fringe on the edge. The color is an aqua & brown combination. I think there are some areas a little lighter than others from prior sun exposure. This is a unique piece with general wear from age and use.
