I believe this to be a leather skiver or a welt splitter. It is marked RODI on the top of the item as shown in the pics. The overall condition is good but does show wear from use over the years. Also shown in the pics this item has been stored away in an old general store for many years. It will need a good cleaning or polishing up a bit. Everything seems to be moving as it should. Probably could use some oiling. This item would be a great addition to any collection. This item is very heavy duty and very heavy. Please be sure to check out all pics for this item.
