The top of frame has a bite mark from our rescue squirrel years ago lol (see pic) The mark isn't noticeable when hung up on the wall. On the back it says who did the work and who made the frame. This authentic 1970s crewel piece is in good vintage condition but shows several signs of age common for its era. The original wooden frame has noticeable surface wear, including some scuffs and thinning of the finish along the edges. The mustard-colored fabric background remains vibrant, though there is some slight loosening or "sagging" of the tension at the top edge where it meets the frame. Additionally, while the hand-stitched wool embroidery is largely intact and textured, there are a few tiny loose yarn fibers and minor dust accumulation consistent with long-term display. Vtg Bucilla? AMERICANA EAGLE Finished Pillow Crewel Panel Mosaic on Burlap USA

Very good to excellent, pre-owned condition. Stitching has been completed. I believe this was made by Bucilla, but I'm not 100% sure. I found the same design in a kit stitched on linen, but with a different model number. That one was called Americana Eagle. This model number is 3259 and the only difference is that the eagle is stitched in a mosaic design on burlap. Can be framed as a wall hanging or finished as a pillow that measures 14" x 18". Unique design that most likely dates from the 1970s. Smoke free home. See all pics for details. I have a lot of other embroidery items up for sale, so be sure to take a look.
