Bartolomeo Aloia ST-14.01 Dual mono Amplifier
For sale is a wonderfully built and beautiful Aloia ST-14.01 by the Italian designer Bartolomeo Aloia. This dual mono amplifier outputs 40W x 2 and cost $2,195 when released in the late 90s. I took this on as a project several years ago and discovered some bad diodes in the power supply. These were replaced but rail voltages are still incorrect. It may be an easy fix but I am doing some spring cleaning and am passing this on. It has been cared for in my possession and is in good shape for its age with a few light marks here and there. No visible faulty components inside but will require a controlled power up by an experienced hobbyist or tech. It will be carefully packaged for safe transit.
