Morbid Threads Black Velvet Cloak with Ruffle

From pet home. Smoke free home. No longer wear it and has been sitting in my bins for years. Has one frayed thread off the decorative cording on the back of the ruffle. No rips, holes, or stains. Will lint roll before sending it out. Not necessarily dirty but a dry clean wouldn't hurt. There are no dry cleaning services available where I live.
