Darling antique baby shoes carefully, lovingly stored away by a mother many years ago. The little black leather, five button shoes would date circa 1890 and are in great condition. I've never seen antique baby shoes with a stacked leather heels like these have. The shoes are canvas lined, and there is a (faint) number 2 stamped inside. They are a very small size measuring almost 5" long heel to toe. The soles are leather, and have a maple leaf embossed into the arch. The shoes are sturdy enough to be worn, but are being offered for antique dolls, display or study due to the age. Thanks for looking.
