Vintage San Francisco Cable Car (GRAB- BAR)
This is a vintage San Francisco cable car grab rail . I lived in San Francisco for 26 years . My neighbor was a cab driver  with muscular dystrophy . Cab drivers in trolley drivers are the same union . they set up his whole ceiling with old cable car grab rails, kind of like the movie once upon a Time in the West .  This grab rail was a extra one . In vintage used condition. This rail has been painted numerous times and the paint is chipping. Heavy Duty ,Sturdy. Made of brass . This bar measures 35 1/2 inches long it is 2” wide around the bar. See pictures for more details. Any questions feel free to ask .
