These bits were used until the bearing get bad and/or the carbide got dull. These were never reshaped. I would suggest to replace the bearings. Some might need sharpened while others are still usable after the bearings are replaced.

11 of them still have the protective rubbery coating on them. These were obviously stored in a plastic container in a garage so they have some tarnishing/oxidation on mostly the shanks. Some of the coating appears to have slightly melted also. Most have a 1/2" shank, but not all do. They seem to be a heavy duty type of bit with that big of a shank, but you decide that please.
