Vintage United Nations tie clip featuring the iconic UN globe and laurel wreath emblem with "WE BELIEVE" inscription. Gold-tone alligator clip mechanism. Some tarnish and wear consistent with age — disclosed in photos. A nice piece of mid-century diplomatic memorabilia for UN collectors or vintage accessory enthusiasts. Based on the design and "WE BELIEVE" slogan — that phrase was the United Nations' early motto used heavily in the late 1940s through 1950s, coinciding with the UN's founding era (1945) and its early promotional campaigns to build public support.
