This listing is for a hand carved (from seashell) cameo. It is a fur/dress clip. The frame has vivid black enameling on a gold color metal. The back shows wear of the gold color. If you look closely on the back of the shell, it seems to have been signed by the carver. I think this cameo dates back to the Art Deco or possibly the Art Nouveau Period. It is in good vintage condition and the clip is in good working order. Size is indicated in the photos.
