Valve stem seals replaced. (ALL associated gaskets/seals replaced with BMW and/or Elring) - Chain was not stretched, I did order new guides but no issues with the guides on the vehicle. The upper guides get a lot of wear and tear (they looked good for the milage) but replaced with BMW parts (as I had already ordered them prior to disassembly and they had to be removed to fix the seals).
