1929 DeSoto Model K
Is a project car/does not drive. This is my 1929 DeSoto Model K Sedan that was left to me after my grandfather passed. We have kept most the papers and transactions since the original buyer bought it in 1930. I've been told it has sat in a garage most of its life and last ran in 2007. The odometer reads 64,776. A desirable find for collectors and enthusiasts of DeSoto vehicles. It could be a good little project for someone that has money to put into it or could be chopped and turned into a rat rod depending on preference. I'm asking 7k and I'm open to trade offers for a good reliable daily driver. (Edit i am applying for a conditional title in my name to help sell since last 3 owners never registered and was only sold through Bill of Sale per the state requirements).

1937 Desoto
1937 DeSoto S3 Coupe รยข?" Mopar-Powered Hot Rod Street Build Why This Car Is Special The 1937 DeSoto S3 is one of the more overlooked gems of the prewar Mopar lineup, and that works in your favor. While Ford coupes and Chevy five-windows from this era routinely sell for two and three times what a comparable DeSoto commands, the S3 delivers the same flowing fender lines, the same all-steel construction, and arguably more visual presence รยข?" especially in coupe form. DeSoto introduced the S3 series for the 1937 model year as part of Chrysler Corporation's aggressive push to compete with mid-priced GM and Ford offerings. The cars were styled by Raymond Dietrich and carried a horizontal waterfall grille treatment that was modern for its time and has aged remarkably well.

1957 DeSoto
1957 DeSoto Adventurer Convertible - One of Approximately 18 Remaining Named after famed Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto, the DeSoto brand was positioned as a highly-styled, high-performance, mid-priced vehicle that bridged the gap between Chrysler's entry-level and luxury offerings. For the majority of their time on the market, DeSotos featured technologies that were both novel and genuinely functional, drawing wide consumer appeal. With forward-thinking design and clever marketing - including memorable advertising campaigns featuring the once hugely popular Groucho Marx - DeSoto managed to withstand more than one economic recession while closely trailing the sales of competing makes.

1955 DeSoto
This 1955 Desoto Fireflite Convertible is a beautifully restored, Mopar convertible that is ready for some serious summer cruising. Initially named for Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto, the Desoto marque was positioned in the middle of Chrysler's brand hierarchy, sitting above the entry-level Plymouth brand but below the premium Chrysler (and later Imperial) brands. See, Walter Chrysler learned from his time at General Motors that diversification and hierarchical approach to branding helped the company sell cars to virtually everyone in America. While the Chrysler Corporation survived the Great Depression, production across American automobile manufacturing was ceased due to the onset of World War II. When American auto manufacturing resumed in 1946, virtually every company was re-badging its pre-war offerings for the first few years.
