While you may have heard that you could have a Model T in any color so long as it was black, nothing could be further from the truth. Red and gray were used prior to June 1909, green was used from prior to June 1909 through 1910 and blue was used from 1911 until very early 1913. Starting in 1913 and continuing until 1926 black was the only color option, then come 1926 a whole host of new colors became available.
