Here is an oddity, and kept in pretty good shape Side loading toy hauler with carpeted 2nd bedroom and fold down beds ! Older model but kept in good condition. The ramp door that also has a beaver tail, was rebuilt by the previous owner. Who did an EXCLLENT job. Refinished in solid wood, strong and durable. There was a VERY small soft spot in the back corner door side (SEE PICS) sealed since then no need for repair. Upstairs bedroom also has a slide to make a nice big area around queen sized bed There are a couple cosmetic delamination spots on the outside and a small soft spot on front of slide out under sofa.
