This did come off of a remote steering motor, not a tiller. Everything such as the starter, rectifier, solenoid, and wiring harness were tested before removal. The engine lost compression on one cylinder. This came off of a 2013 year model. The engine was carbureted. Every bolt that was removed off of the powerhead will be included.
