After 1891, all imports to the USA were required to have the country of origin stamped, or noted on the label. This violin has both. The scroll is stamped with a crest on the back reading “Grand Solo Violin Guarnerius,” - it also has a stamp on the back button faintly reading “Germany.”.

Vintage 1930’s USA Carson Robison Ukelele Gibson Uke Cowboy Stencil Pearloid Neck Vintage Carson J Robison cowboy stenciled ukulele apparently made at the Gibson factory. Ukulele has a vibrant and crisp cowboy scene painted on it. Very nice headstock contours with mother of pearl fretboard inlay. Ukulele does have a few cracks but otherwise is in fairly good condition for its age. Stamp inside appears to read AUG 1936(?) Very collectible. Selling as is. No strings. No gig bag or case.
