Here's a one inch steerer carbon fiber fork that came from a Pinarello. From top of crown where headset crown race would sit, to top of steerer, is 11". Branded Pinarello but only by the stickers you see in photos. Stickers are on surface and would easily peel off. The compression cap is in good shape and reusable. This fork has a slight blue tint to it when you look closely.
