this is a vintage color forms toy set called Miss nurse dress up kit. it is one of the colorforms plastic magic Stick toys where you simply press down the plastic shapes to put them in place on the board then lifted up to remove it when you're done. this particular color form set is kind of like a paper doll where you dress up Miss nurse in different uniforms and other outfits. it comes with colorform clothing in white pink yellow and blue. it also has a dress up kit instruction guide. it is almost complete. it is only missing one glove from the white set. the box is worn around the edges and corners and one side of the box is torn. it also has the original Uncle Paul's price tag on it.
