American Flyer 19b 300 watt transformer. Gray cord was replaced. New bulbs and red and green lens installed. Cleaned. See pics. Has 3 thumb wire nuts. Has a fixed accessory output of 17vac and a variable track output from approximately 5vac to 16.8vac. I did not test the red lens short circuit. But it has a new bulb. Volt Meter works.
