Vintage 12” Emily Ann Austin Marionette Puppet - Franklin TN - Hard Plastic

Condition: This vintage 12-inch marionette is being sold as-found for restoration or parts. Head & Body: The head and limbs are made of hard plastic and are in good structural shape with charming hand-painted facial features. Strings & Control: The original wooden "airplane" controller is included, but the strings are a significant tangled mess and will likely require a full restringing to be functional again. Clothing: She is wearing her original floral dress and apron. Please note there is visible age-related discoloration and spotting on the fabric, particularly on the apron and stockings. Markings: Clearly stamped "Emily Ann Austin, Franklin, Tenn" on the back of the neck.

This puppet is in great condition. One makes the wings flap and one moves the jaw to make her appear to speak. A great puppet if you can sort out the strings. For example, older toys can contain lead, or use lead paint.
