This is our cardboard boat my kids designed for the cardboard boat races at our High School. This boat won in 2025. An identical design won in 2023 and 2024. This one was the best one. My daughter and her friend won the race easily against teams of big, muscular lifeguard guys with inferior boat designs. The hull is made from one big piece of cardboard in a origami style design. It has a double floor and all kinds of reinforcements inside. Its painted with 3 layers of acrylic paint in cardboard color. Your kids will win in this boat if they can paddle evenly to go straight.
