Dragées translates to “sugar coated pellets/pills” in French. Tin is in incredible condition for its age. The front facing panel showing bright colors with very bold printing. Although a bit more scratched, the back panel is still shiny with perfectly legible directions.

Bullock North Carolina - Buckhorn Lithia Water Bottle - Embossed With Label
This lot is a Buckhorn Lithia Water Company Bottle from Bullock, N.C.. It is 10 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" in diameter. The glass is a light green color. The original label is still attached but missing several small sections. Overall the bottle is solid but has one small star crack ding just above the label on the front - see images. The embossed raised lettering on the back side is in excellent condition. This example will make a great addition to anyone's N.C. collection or any Lithia Water collector.

This hardcover book has some serious issues. The text is barely attached to the binding due to complete cracking of the front hinge. The endpapers and title page as well as the first 32 pages of the mining laws section are missing. Several pages have earring to the bottom corner. Nevertheless,this scarce volume has some fantastic information on early coal mining and it now needs someone who will treasure it as it is. B70.
