Spanish American War 1898 Viscaya Ship Plaque Brass Relic

Offering a very hard to find brass plaque made from metal coming from the Viscaya vessel that was sunk by the US Navy during the Spanish American War. The plaque was manufactured by the Corbin Cabinet Lock Co. Of New Britain Connecticut. I believe this may have been a very low production or scarce souvenir. It measures 3.75 by 2.5 inches.
