Jim Blackburn Lowrider front pannier rack. Pre-owned / never abused, very nice condition! Some scuffs as pictured. Set is missing the U-bolts, which attach to the fork legs, but they can be obtained from any hardware store. Also, depending on the size of your forks, you may need longer bolts which attach to the fork eyelets. The printed instructions are included.
