Grove innovations hammerhead. Slightly under 24” bars. 22.2mm quill. High rise (not sure of angle, but atleast 20 degrees I would guess). Stem is about 130mm (c-c). Some evidence of use (faded paint, paint imprints from shifters/brakes, scuffs/minor scratches under grips), but very presentable. No major rust. Quill bolt is rusty, but turns smoothly.
