Mercury Outboard XD 18hp 20hp 25hp 11024 2 Primer Actuator 110242 Choke Knob
This is a remanufactured 3d printed solid choke knob for the mercury XD models. It’s printed with PCTG (Polycyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate Glycol) it’s a filament that is heat resistant chemical resistant and will not swell like other filaments. It’s a solid print so there is no hollow spots. It’s been tested thoroughly on motors and had no issues. We’ve stressed tested them in the way they would properly be used. I printed my first because the tabs break off of the factory knobs and they are useless afterwards. My design has reinforced tabs and should never break if used correctly. Granted the knob will be permanent unless it is purposely broken to remove it. Keep in mind the print might have very small cosmetic flaws but it does not affect the way it performs.
