This is a World War I-World War II German Police Sword. I bought this Sword with a broken tip. Modified it to a D-Guard Bowie Knife, and Custom-Made the Buckskin Leather Sheath. Using a World War II Swedish Bayonet Frog, and genuine Buck skin Leather.

Original Imperial German Lions Head Officer's Saber Alcoso Made

Sword is marked with Alcoso's Scales and A C trademark. Sword is pre-1909 as it has a nickel-plated scabbard. Lion retains both ruby eyes and a very nice, gold-plated handle.

The sharkskin grip is 95% complete. The triple strands of twisted wires are complete. The leather finger loop is missing. The double fullered blade is mostly clean with surface loss freckles scattered, it is straight, unsharpened, and a few nicks, and the tip is sharp.

Very good condition showing some age patina, wear, green steel handle has faded to a brown/silver age patina with green peeking through. Pristine Argentine Model 1891 Bayonet, 15.75" blade. Excellent condition overall with excellent blade and scabbard. Serial no. H9682 match on bayonet and scabbard. Excellent working press-stud, WKC Solingen markings on the ricasso. The Argentine crest on the ricasso has been partially removed by the Govt. (which was done prior to being imported outside of Argentina.) Excellent handle, blade appears unused.

Model 1898 GERMAN EARLY TWO-PIECE GRIP BAYONET AND SCABBARD IN GOOD USED CONDITION, (SEE PICTURES) BLADE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 20-1/2" AND OVERALL LENGTH IS 26" It has some proof marks on the top edge of the blade I’m not sure exactly what they mean but see 05 included and think that 1905 might be the year it was made. The very tip of the blade is chipped off but still a solid relic.

1900's German Italian Dutch US Argentine Chile Etc. Bayonet Scabbard ????

Came from a local estate. I don't know what country it is from or what it fits but I'm sure some of you experts do. Shows some traces of rust. Has not been cleaned. No dents or bends. Length is approx. 16 3/8 including the little end ball. With of the blade opening is a very tight 1" x 1/4". Nice older steel scabbard.
