I am helping to clean out my parents house and am listing a lot of great vintage items at very reasonable prices. Feel free to check my other listings; I gladly welcome bundle deals. I really dont know much about this, but from the brief research I did, I believe this is artillery lighter from either World War 1 or 2 (ebay forced me to pick, so I just went with another listing that said WW1.) It is approximately 4 inches long x 1 inch wide, and weighs just under 7 oz. I have not tested this with lighter fluid as I dont know how that will impact the condition, so im just playing it safe and selling it as you see it. Very nice scarce Imperial Russian shashka of the T.K.V., (Terek Kossack Army). 31 1/4 inch blade is nice with no pitting or rust. Just some age darkening. Nice markings to include what I think may be arsenal marks. I have seen those very same markings on Czarist dated military swords. Nice grip held by two steel pins. I believe it is horn.
